This episode reveals the Village Rifle Association (VRA), where
members are able to use guns on a shooting range. The name is a
play on the National Rifle Association (NRA), a gun rights
advocacy group based in the United States.
During Number 6's debate with Number 2, he asks the audience if
they are all prisoners in the Village...or are some of them
warders? In the
"Free for All"
episode of the classic TV series he pledged
to the villagers he would find out who are the prisoners and who
are the warders.
This episode ends with Number 6 becoming the new Number 2.
